Agricultural Services Unit

The Agricultural Services Unit registers farmers and provides recommendations to The Town and Country Development Planning Office on matters related to land use policy.

To support the promotion of efficient allocation and use of agricultural resources and support patterns of production that ensure growth in agricultural productivity for food security and sector competitiveness.

Mission

To stimulate agricultural development in Barbados through the use of concessions and incentives to reduce operational cost.

Goal

To provide a prompt and thorough response to all applications received by the unit.
